Intro to the author of H.E.A.L.T.H.

I am a Psychiatric and Mental Health Registered Nurse. I believe that our minds, bodies, and spirits are inseparable, and each aspect brings energy to our lives and the world around us. According to Google's dictionary, Energy is the strength and vitality required for sustained physical or mental activity. Thus, I came up with the phrase, Healthy Energy Always Leads To Happiness. The ultimate goal of every person is, or should be, to find happiness and joy. Here, I will be sharing information to improve your life. Information regarding physical, mental, and spiritual well-being.
PHYSICAL: exercise, meditation, nutrition, sex, medication, supplements, addictions, sleep, alternative medicine, fitness, stretching, recipes, etc.
MENTAL: stress, mental illness, money management, relationships, psychiatric disorders, therapy, education, eating disorders, prevention, suicide, parenting, self-reliance, journaling, quotes, forgiveness, humor, etc.
SPIRITUAL: meditation, prayer, religion, self-awareness, relationships, peace, art, journaling, nature, yoga, quotes, reverence, worship, forgiveness, scripture, inspiration, etc.
The integration of these aspects of our whole being must be considered for us to be happy and healthy.
